To Begin

Send us your packages to our address (go to the contact us menu), leave us a message containing the details of the package (content and value).
We receive from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 4:30 pm and shipping will take place after payment of the invoice.
For importation, please go to our respective addresses or contact our office numbers for full details.

How to Ship with Monats Trading

Pay and send us your packages, and fill in all the information about the sender and the recipient (our addresses).

But after that please send us an email with the details (content and value) of your package for more precision, we ask you to also specify in the email the destination of your package.

Once the package has been received, an invoice will be sent to you with the amount to pay according to the weight, the value and the destination of your package.

Once payment is made, an email confirming the shipment of your package will be sent to you, Monat’s trading takes care of everything until your package is delivered (to your destination).

In the case of a parcel import, check the availability of your correspondent beforehand. You can also drop off your package at an agency then indicate our addresses.

Our prices:

Our prices are a factor of the volumetric weight, that is to say: The weight of the package, its value, the country of destination and its size.
